Product updates

  • We released enhancements to the agency cardholder enrollment flow. When a person's record isn't found, the app now supports re-entering incorrect agency card details without having to start the flow from the beginning.
  • We released numerous copy updates to our error pages to improve clarity and provide guidance on what riders can do next when they encounter one.
  • We're doing a webinar on Tuesday, July 23rd, to provide an overview and demo of the current version Cal-ITP Benefits. We'll also review our roadmap for the second half of 2024. Register here.
